1. How do I place an order?

  • Detailed information about your items will be communicated via Email once you have placed an order
  • Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id.
  • Note: If you register with us you will get the following benefits: – speeds up the ordering process – allows us to keep you informed about your orders.
  • Carefully enter your shipping address
  • Enter the exclusive Basilleaf Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable.
  • Check the final price {Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (Credit Card/Debit card or Wallet)
  • YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail from Team BASILLEAF
  • You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

2. How do I apply a coupon on my order?

  • You can apply our Exclusive Voucher Code on cart page before order placement.
  • The complete list of your balance Voucher/ Discount Points will be available under “My Voucher” tab of our Website.

3. I have placed my Order! What's next?

  • After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.
  • You can also track your order through our website or app by visiting ‘My account’ section.
  • Please note: It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.

4. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

  • When your order is confirmed:
  • We will put through an e-mail with the details of your product. Be sure you go through that.
  • You can also check the order in the “My Account” tab.

5. I have accumulated Basilleaf Discount Points in my account. How can I redeem them?

To redeem Basilleaf Discount Points, you will have to continue shopping with us on Website. Your Points are safe with us, you can redeem the same (unless points have not expired). So hurry up!!

6. How do I determine the correct size for me?

You can view the sizing details for a product by clicking on the View Size Chart link on the product page located below the ‘Select Size’ button. This displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best.

7. How can I modify my order after having placed it?

  • ADD/ REMOVE A PRODUCT

Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won’t be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.

  • CHANGE ADDRESS

Please cancel current order & place new order if you wish to change delivery address for your order.

We shall accept your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has been shipped, we shall only be able to accept change of address requests within your city.

Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations.

8. How can I change my billing address?

You need to login into your Basilleaf account, where you can change the address under my account section >>Profile>> saved addresses >> billing address and also can update new information related to your profile.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We support the following payment options:

10. Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

  • We use the highest possible security measures to protect our customers’ bank details.
  • All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

11. Do you take orders over phone?

No, as the only payment option we have are Credit or Debit card and Wallet.

12. What is Basilleafs Return/ Exchange policy?

Basilleaf’s 7 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Basilleaf  within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs into your Basilleaf  wallet provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Once we pick up and receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating return request. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

13. How do I place an exchange request on Basilleaf?

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Basilleaf, please follow below mentioned steps:

  1. You can create exchange for products purchased from Basilleaf within 7 days of its delivery under “My Orders” section If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference
  2. Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
  3. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.

At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” of App/Website/M-site
